We stayed at this lovely cottage for three nights and it was perfect for exploring Cumbria, Northumberland, and North Yorkshire. The cottage was beautiful, cosy, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, the kitchen well-equipped, and the shower hot and powerful. The private parking and friendly neighbors were a plus. We highly recommend visiting Vindolanda and Hadrian's Wall, as well as taking a walk through Gelt Woods. The cream teas at The White Rabbit Cafe in Brampton were amazing. We will definitely be returning to this cottage in the future.
